A: Our install team will contact you within 3 business days of placing your order to set up an install date.
Q: Why does my new mailbox have to be installed in the same location as my current mailbox?
A: Installation of your new mailbox is placed in the same location as we know that there are no electric lines to be concerned with.
Q: What if I want my mailbox installed in a different location than my current mailbox?
A: We are happy to install your new mailbox in a new location than your current mailbox. We ask before we come to install your new mailbox that you have PG & E scan the location of where the new mailbox post will be going. You can call PG & E by dialing 811.
Q: I ordered the wrong mailbox, what should I do?
A: Send us a message under “Contact Us” and tell us what happened. We will most likely be able to assist you in changing your order or canceling.
Q: I lost my mailbox keys, how do I get a replacement key?
A: You have two options if you lose your mailbox key. One you can call a locksmith to re-key your mailbox. Or you can send us a message under “Contact Us” and tell us what happened and note your order number. We keep the serial numbers of all the mailboxes we installed and can order you a replacement key. Please note there is a cost to get new mailbox keys.
Q: I need to change my mailbox installation date, how do I do that?
A: Send us an email under “Contact Us” and make sure you put your name and order number in the message. Someone on our installation team will contact you to work out a new installation date.
Q: I want to order more than one mailbox as my neighbors and I are splitting the cost to have one mailbox location. What is the cost of having this special installation done?
